📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for booking your experience with Sunrise Festival, Dong.
Please review our shipping and delivery terms below:


1️⃣ Type of Products

We sell:

  • Digital Entry Tickets for the festival

  • Digital Camping Reservations for onsite accommodation

No physical products are shipped.


2️⃣ Ticket Delivery Method

  • All tickets are delivered digitally to the email address provided during checkout.

  • A unique QR Code / E-Pass will be included for entry validation.

  • Customers must ensure that the correct contact details are provided.

If you do not receive your ticket within 10 minutes after payment:

3️⃣ Delivery Timeline

  • Tickets are generated instantly once payment is successfully completed.

  • In rare cases, tickets may take up to 1–3 hours due to technical delays with the payment gateway or email servers.


4️⃣ Order Confirmation

After a successful payment:

  • You will receive a Payment Receipt from Razorpay

  • You will receive a Ticket Confirmation Email from us

If confirmation is not received, please contact us immediately.


5️⃣ Entry Requirements

Guests must present any one of the following at entry:

  • QR code ticket (digital or printed)

  • Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / DL / Passport etc.)

QR code must be scannable for entry.


6️⃣ Camping Check-In

Festival-goers who book camping must check in at:
📍 Walong / Dong Festival Campsite Ticket Desk
You will receive your tent allocation & wristband upon verification.


7️⃣ Responsibility

Once the email is delivered successfully, customers are responsible for keeping tickets safe.
Lost, damaged, or shared physical tickets may deny entry.
